Of course you can't deny the possibility that in retrospect something on those days will turn out to have been significant, but neither the 2nd nor the 4th December felt special in any way. Just ordinary days.

Out of the blue I got offered a 6 - 12 month contract at a more senior level than I would have expected. A bit spooky and, frankly, a surprise after the most recent forecast accuracy [not] in November. Perhaps as significant are things that weren't signalled. I had 3 very important items of good news relating (respectively) to money, career and private life on the 24th / 25th. Not a word of prediction from any of the other 4 forecasts I watch regularly, but one called it:

This month seems to have everything, because lo and behold, we have a solar eclipse (a new moon) due November 25. This is the year's friendly one, so all good things should stem from it. Falling in Sagittarius (3 degrees), the sign exactly opposite yours, it will light your house of marriage and serious, official business commitments.

Someone I know well told me about problems yesterday. Here is the relevant forecast for this week:

It is frustrating how much woolly stuff there is in forecasts. Here is a reasonably clear set of predictions for November.

I haven't been very good at tracking these and didn't comment on the most recent ones. So on a scale where 0 is ho hum:

August 17. + 2. Lovely Day.

August 22. 0. Ho Hum.

September 26. +2. A surprisingly good day. Things moving along well.

September 28. A good day and things seemed to be moving ahead. Say + 1

Oct 2 was +2 -- a great day and I had loads of energy. Nothing earthshaking happened but pretty good. Lovely to see family and friends. A pity that all the good vibes of the previous week (see 26th and 28th) came to naught but the prediction wasn't that anything would be created but that they would be good days, which they were.

Almost finished on 22nd Sept

Forecast on 22nd September included:

"During the past several weeks you've had little choice but to deal with matters involving a tricky combination of home and family. While it one point you may have wondered if they'd ever be settled, things are nearly resolved".

And after 15 months, they were indeed closed this week so it would have been almost there on the 22nd. This week's forecast from the same person picked it right again:

The small things

As much as anything, it is the accuracy of small things that surprise and provide spooky moments. Here is a part of yesterday's forecast:

Forms related to a planned trip with a group of friends could arrive.

Granted it isn't unqualified. But still, blow me down, we are asked to fill in our requirements for equipment for a ski trip with friends in January.

August holidays

Sometime during the first week, you may opt to go to a nearby location, in close in proximity to your home, if you didn't already do so at the end of July. June eclipse -- second thoughts

If nothing came up as a result of the eclipses in Gemini and Sagittarius in June . . . to the point of the June 15 eclipse, July 26. . . plus or minus of four days. (I'edited some irrelevant words)

That certainly was spot on.

Well this might be spot on -- of course I hope it's not but suspect it is.

Excitement generated early in the week could fizzle out when it becomes apparent that it will take longer (much longer) to reach a solution to a long-term problem.

Great excitement early in the week when one of my big problems suddenly moves much closer to a solution (after some years). But it might take a lot longer to actually get it behind me. We'll see

Here is another test that occurred to me as I watched Rory McIlroy win the US Open between 16th and 19th June, playing all by himself while everyone else struggled (or so it seemed). Rory's birthday is on the 4th May which makes him right in the centre of Taurus without any of those pesky cusps. What is June's prediction for Taurus?

I’ve had lots of change in my professional life over the last few months, that seem to be coming to a head now. Here is the build up -- quite impressive really.

Resolution of Business Impasse

What a clunky title. All it means it that I had a real professional dispute -- 2 people both wanted me to do work for them in the same 2 week period. It was heading for an argument that would cost me this month's work and income but a new player in one company helped bring about a situation where the overlap is resolved and I keep this month's assignment!

You might just punch the air with delight. You may have attracted a situation where you're seen as the expert. . . .. Someone new to the scene could bring with them fresh enthusiasm and the necessary determination to get a task out of the way before the end of the month.

All wrong

Interesting -- for some time now I've been testing the thought that an astrologer can pick the area in which something will happen even if not the exact impact. So here is a forecast from astrologer 1 that is completely wrong -- nothing happened in the area of home or family that I've heard of yet.

The full moon in Virgo of Saturday, March 19 will concern a parent or other family member [. . . ] You may alternatively be thinking about your physical home or other property. News will come up out of the blue. Uranus will be taking direct aim at that full moon, so just about everyone, of every sign, will be feeling somewhat stressed out for one reason or another. You should not be traveling near March 19, for whatever comes up regarding your home or family will need your attention.

The 25th February was a wonderful day on holiday -- the best holiday for a loooooong time. Was it a significant, action-packed day? As a whole the holiday was certainly significant for our relationship. So on the range of -3 to +3 it was a 2.
